Ruby 1.9.3-p362 is released

According to this time, as usual, Ruby 1.9.3-p362 is released.

This release includes other many bug fixes.

• Resolved build problems on Solaris.
• Windows 8 support (hopefully).
• other many bug fixes.

In addition, any security fixes are not included in this release.
