RAA XML Interfaces are updated

Following RAA/2.1, RAA XML Interfaces are updated.

• SOAP & XML-RPC interface You can get “short_description” from Project object.
• plain XML URLs are changed.
  • http://raa.ruby-lang.org/raa-xml.xml
  • http://raa.ruby-lang.org/raa-xml10.xml

  Latter only includes 10 recently updated items.

• RSS/0.91 URLs are changed.
  • http://raa.ruby-lang.org/raa-rdf.xml
  • http://raa.ruby-lang.org/raa-rdf10.xml

  Is there anyone who can help us to serve RSS/1.0 file?
